We had agreed on a specific date. On the day of the appointment, I went to the reception and checked in. Unfortunately, I was then told that my appointment had been moved. I was not aware of this and had not been informed beforehand. I was very surprised and asked why I had not been notified, but I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was simply told to come on another date.
I refused to leave until I received my refund, because this situation was very frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. Eventually, after speaking with the manager, I did receive my money back.
This is the third time in less than two months that I have experienced the same issue. Although the manager apologised, this does not give me back the time I lost. I find this very unprofessional, especially for a company that has been operating for more than 30 years.
I was very disappointed by this experience, and it felt like my time was not respected.
