Although I am happy with my dentist here I find the hygenist very expensive. I hadn't been for a while and was asked to pay £120 when I booked. At the appointment I was asked for another £70 for some 'extra' treatment. So that's a total of £190 for a 25 minute appointment. I'm not sure how they justify that. Many of the patients who go here are NHS and will either struggle tp pay those sort of fees or have their dental treatment less than optimum.

Unprofessional surgery and staff. Do not trust this dental practice. They do not consider any of your requests and just behave very unprofessional. Even if you are with them for more than 7 years. Their focus is on money and how to extract more out of you. They should be rated in negative. Even 1 star is a lot more than their overall score.

Needed an emergency appt on a Saturday following a tooth cracking, there was initially no appts however Elle on reception rang me back with a cancellation and I was seen by Dr Kanda and dental nurse Elle and they were fantastic. I was in and out within the hour and even gave me a little discount which was brilliant. My tooth also looks amazing and is no longing causing me any issues 😁
