I've had a PART denture over many years.. NHS. Never fitted well. Never been able to eat with them in..
Just had my New part Dentures fitted. After trying to get the new NHS one to fit. It's my Bite that's the problem.. certainly not Mona
( Dentist) fault. She said. " Go to our Dental Technician, he's good at what he does... I promise you, he'll make your denture fit".
Yes had to pay private fee.
But I can honestly say..
I ate Steak last Saturday night.
Denture stayed in place. Thank you Mark, you've done a brilliant job. On my -3 Bite. For all the work you had to do.. The Banter, the laughs. Also Thank you Kelly,
( Senior Dental Nurse) again for the Laughter & your help..
Both of you have been Brilliant..

Attended today to have three old fillings replaced. Emily and Bursha made me feel welcome as always and the treatment was quick and painless. Emily used a rubber dam technique which avoided the use of suction and was quite comfortable once installed.

April is more than fantastic, My young daughter was petrified at every dentist visit until we met April who is so calming, reassuring and friendly.
April has given time and patience to my Daughter who has today skipped into the dentist, hopped onto the chair and was happy to be there, I could not believe the difference and it is all truly credit to April and her wonderful ways of working. I'm so thankful and hopeful that this will now be a lifelong positive attitude towards visiting the dentist.
April is a true credit to her profession.
April has given time and patience to my Daughter who has today skipped into the dentist, hopped onto the chair and was happy to be there, I could not believe the difference and it is all truly credit to April and her wonderful ways of working. Braces at 37 😁 - Great service from start to finish, ease of appointment booking, appointment reminders, systems used, friendly reception staff. David (Dentist) explained all my options, pros and cons or Invisalign vs fitted braces, I opted for ceramic on top and metal on the bottom.
The dental nurses were always very kind in the appts too.
My teeth look great, none had to be removed and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Whitening included as part of the package.
I would highly recommend Alpha dental and the team there.

Recently referred to Alpha Dental Care as I had a tooth ache. I call 111 and was referred to Catterick. They did have to make me an appointment at Richmond as the had technical problems at their branch, which wasn't a problem. I saw a lovely lady there call Dr K H Doorali (Mona). I was quite nervous but she was so kind to me. I had an extraction as my tooth was cracked. I did have to return a week later as I was still in a bit of pain, the same lovely lady saw me and sorted it quickly. Just wanted to thank her for being so patient with me. Thank you. Lynn Abbs.
