AVOID!
If you’re an nhs patient prepare to be treated like a second class citizen …they don’t respond to voicemail or email enquiries but are quick enough to cancel appointments by text when it suits them. The non-existent communication is so poor. Since I’ve been there they’ve had 3 name changes and a huge turnover of staff , really not a good look for you. I would advise anyone , private or other to avoid this dentist -when you get an appointment it’s fine but it’s the amount of stress you have trying to contact them and the fact that you might see the same dentist twice before you’re shunted over to someone else. So pleased I’ve got private and left this mess behind.

Excellent dentist and service , got a emergency appointment which was so easy to book online. I seen Joe and laura today and they where amazing , I was so nervous as I had to have a tooth removed but Joe made me feel so at ease and explained everything so good and was so caring, he had the tooth out and made it look super easy , no pain at all , it was out in seconds. Pain free now and would definitely recommend this dentist they are all so lovely and caring, ive been to a few dentist and this is definitely the best one ive been too , thank-you so much

Dentist Olivia and her assistant were both very friendly and put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly and clearly.
The appointment identified the need for an extraction which was done straight away.
All staff we're very friendly and helpful.

Anyone who has yet to use an Alpha Dental Care practice or has not attended over a 2 year period.
What is your cancellation policy?
