Arrived 10 mins before my appointment which was confirmed for 8.00am. At 8.05 no one was there and the doors were still locked. Ensured that I had read the appointment time correctly, 100% 8.00am. Member of staff arrived and couldnt gain entry. They rang their contact whom said they had got stuck behind someone but when I left, they were crossing the road with a cup of coffee in their hands. Surely if you have appointments booked for 8.00am, reception staff should already be there and prepared for customers ? Plus the opening times on the doors show as 8.30am which puts further doubt into the minds of customers.

I recently needed an urgent repair to a front tooth.
I received a next day appointment and the tooth was repaired really well and looks perfect. I can smile again! Well done Alpha Dental Care.

I went along this morning for my 6 monthly check up. Lucy the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. My appointment was on time. Vipin the dentist and Monica the nurse were both very efficient and explained what they were doing at every step, all in all it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice 😁

Today I was due to see the hygienist. My mouth has been very sore for 3 weeks since having a filling and then a tooth extraction. He was very good with me as I'm not comfortable with having my teeth scaled at all. He felt it would be better to leave the scale for a couple of weeks, booked me an emergency appointment with the dentist to check for infection and was very calm and supportive. I have another appointment with him in 10 days, hoping mouth is less sensitive then.

Written behalf of my Mum. This dental practice is excellent. The reception team, Dental nurses and the Dentist treat patients / relatives with kindness, respect and professionalism. They listen to patients and respond appropriately. The surgery is always clean and organised. The team also communicates very well should appointments need to be changed. They are top class.
