I have suffered with severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, to the point where I hadn't visited one in 15 years. Today, I had a hygienist appointment with Kishan Patel H, and I honestly cannot praise him and the lady assisting him enough. They were both absolutely phenomenal.
Before starting the procedure, they took the time to reassure me, ease my anxiety and explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was happening.
Throughout the appointment, I was given breaks whenever I needed them and was constantly reassured and told how well I was doing. Those little things made such a huge difference to me and helped me get through something I had been absolutely terrified of.
Their patience, kindness and genuine empathy meant more to me than they will ever know. They never made me feel silly for being anxious, and I felt listened to, understood and cared for throughout the entire appointment.
For the first time in a very long time, I no longer feel terrified at the thought of visiting the dentist. They have completely changed my perspective and helped me feel hopeful about future appointments rather than fearful.
If I could give them ten stars, I absolutely would.
Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how much of a difference you have made to me. I walked in carrying 15 years of fear and anxiety, and I left feeling like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
No smelling salts on hand for when quoting the prices though. Something to consider perhaps.

Anyone who has yet to use an Alpha Dental Care practice or has not attended over a 2 year period.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment.
