Dentist was amazing with the kids...dentists helper not so great!! Had no patience with nervous kids and we're told to shut up twice.

Had a filling break about 2 weeks ago obviously the tooth was sharp and cutting my tongue.
Eventually rang the dentist to see If I could get in to have it looked at.
The receptionist told me off and said I should have rang 2 weeks ago lol.
She got me an appointment 2 hours later to get it seen too.
New filling put in no more problems.
I'd like to thank everyone, the dentists, receptionists etc for being so kind and helpful

The experience here is always made as smooth as it possibly can be. Like most people, I am not a fan of the dentist but I always leave here feeling completely looked after and with my next appointment for a check up booked. I know it can be difficult to get on the books of a dentist but if you are able to; I definitely recommend this one.

I can't recommend Charnwood Dental Centre highly enough. The receptionists are warm, friendly and incredibly welcoming, making a great first impression as soon as you enter. Thank you to Helen and Donna for your warm smiles, putting me at ease and being so responsive and helpful when I checked in.
A huge thank you to Sharmin and Nicole for taking so much time to make me feel comfortable and explaining every part of the process so I felt relaxed and reassured. You really are a dream team! I am so incredibly happy with the results of my hygiene clean and in-fills to help with gum recession. I had full confidence in the care I received. It is clear you work so well together and both Sharmin and Nicole were very informative, taking the time to answers all my questions and went over information thoroughly, showing such patience and genuine care.
Also, a huge thank you to Aisha for my Invisalign consultation. Aisha's professionalism and expertise was really evident - I felt in very safe hands, and again, she took so much time to explain the process and was happy to spend time answering all my questions thoroughly. Also, thank you to Cara for the scans you took - you were so friendly, reassuring and meticulous, guiding me through the entire process.
Together, you make an incredible team and are such assets to the Charnwood Dental Centre. I will sing your praises to others and tell them that if they're looking for an excellent dental service with a team that truly care about their patients, they need to come and see you!

I always have a really positive experience at this dentist. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Debika is wonderful – a truly great dentist who is kind, and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have suffered with anxiety for a long time, dentist trips have always triggered me to have meltdowns or cancelling appointments..
Today I had the most amazing experience with Ranjit Ponathil, he was so kind, compassionate and eased my mind. His assistant was also fantastic. Lots of laughs and smiles.

We currently use Tabeo as our finance company who offer 0% on treatment over £350.
