Had a course of treatment with Niamh Menzies who was absolutely amazing. I felt completely relaxed throughout the course of treatment, in fact so relaxed I nodded off in the chair on one occasion (who does that at the dentist's?) Mentored by Phoebe and assisted by various dental nurses over the course of the treatment, Niamh did a fantastic job and was very thorough. Receptionists are always helpful and polite. I'm very happy with the treatment I received and would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I truly am terrified of dentists as I have a very low pain tolerance and have multiple illnesses. However yesterday was a really nice experience.
For the first time ever in my 30 odd years I visited upstairs.
My usual dentist Phoebe recommended that I have a filling a couple of x rays and a deep clean. I must say that the 2 young ladies I saw were amazing.
They totally understood my fear and I can honestly say that I left the practice feeling absolutely 💯 😅 😊 happy.
May I thank them greatly.

Feel each time we go the customer service deteriorates. On this occasion we was not seen until 25 minutes after our appointment time. No one warned us appointments were behind schedule, and no one apologised for the wait either, if you had done either of these I would if scored higher. Communication would have been greatly appreciated.

Ive been with this practice for over 50 yrs ,seen name changes and dentist retired. This is a brilliant dental practice, professional staff that put you at ease, especially if your not a fan of the dentist,reception staff are friendly and polite. The practice its self is a modern clean building, The only diwn fall is parking is limited ,but other than that , I would highly recommend M60 Dental practice.

Very professional experience, dentist went through all options available with approximate or accurate costings. Polite and good receptionist experience.
The broken tooth was ground down to use for the attachment of the crown. The crown is now fitted and the dentist did an excellent job as did his assistant during the work. Excellent job

Reception staff friendly, polite and helpful. Dentist (Phoebe) and assistant professional and friendly. Explained procedure fully before commencing, including any potential issues which may arise in the future. Also answered all my questions regarding a different issue. During procedure constantly checked I was okay. Gave after care information should there be any problems.Excellent service.
