Dentist was nice and friendly, however staff were arguing in front of the patients in the waiting room whilst on the telephone. That kind of behaviour is not very professional and does not leave a good impression and good atmosphere for the patients especially when children attending too. Staff need retraining in basic telephone manners and communicating with patients as I have experienced rude behaviour from them in the past too.

Really lovely experience at Sparkhill Dentist. The practice is clean and professional, with friendly staff.
My hygienist, Dr Mahnoor, was so kind and easy to talk to. She explained what she was doing and made me feel really comfortable. I’m really happy with the results. Thank you!

I had my appointment today with Mahnoor Asif the dental hygienist for a clean. I have attended multiple appointments with her ,She was very professional as usual and thorough. She gave me some great advice about how to maintain my oral hygiene, instructions clear and easy to understand

Been going here for about 5,6 years, Sidrah is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Lovely lady, Polite and gives you the best advice on teeth care. and really takes care when giving you treatment, cleaning etc

I had the opportunity to have mahnoor asif as my dental hygienist today. She was absolutely incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever met a dentist so kind and supportive. She listened to all of my concerns and explained everything so clearly. There was no judgment at all and she made me feel so comfortable! she’s an exemplary dentist and I look forward to seeing her again !
