I attended Marston Green Dental Surgery for the first time today and was seen by Aisha and Aura, who were both welcoming, professional and had a lovely bedside manner.
Aisha took the time to explain my dental health in detail, discuss her findings and work through the next steps with me. What I particularly appreciated was the way she communicated. Rather than talking down to me or simply telling me what needed to be done, she treated me as an intelligent adult and involved me in the conversation about my own care.
It was a refreshing experience, and I left feeling informed, comfortable and confident about the treatment ahead.
I'd happily recommend the practice to others in the local community.

NHS dentist I have been with for 30 years in its various guises. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, especially with emergencies. All work fully explained.
