On the 4th December, at 16.07 I rang the practice to enquire about buying teeth whitening product and mentioned that I had chipped a tooth, the receptionist said there was a free appointment for today, well you can imagine I was surprised and pleased so I booked it.
I arrived early today only to be told that I was not on their list, no apologies, I was offered an appointment with the hygienist though! But would have to reschedule for a dentist appointment as well 🤷🏻♀️
A sorry for the mix up would have been appreciated, rather than been made to feel like it was my mistake.
She was lovely; she explained everything to me. She is a credit to the company. I hope any future visits are with her. She definitely deserves recognition, well done to her , she couldn't have done anymore for me, thank you.
