Dental Essentials is Alpha Dental Care’s in-house care scheme, offering patients access to essential dental treatments at fixed, affordable prices. It closely mirrors the NHS banding system and includes options for exams, fillings, extractions, and crowns – all delivered using materials and equipment comparable to those used in NHS care.

Anyone! Dental Essentials is ideal for patients who aren’t currently registered for NHS care, or who want more flexible access to essential treatment.

Each option covers a specific set of treatments. Additional treatments (e.g. more fillings, crowns, or root canals) are available at a fixed cost – see our Dental Essentials Fee-list.

Yes, emergency appointments (including basic treatment) are available under Dental Essentials for a fixed cost of £50.
